25-26 Transfers

The transfer application for the 2025-26 school year will be available on January 1, 2025. All transfers submitted for 2025-26 submitted prior to January 1, 2025 will be rejected.

24-25 Transfers

You are submitting an application for student transfer outside of the 2024-25 school year transfer season.

Please understand that out-of-season transfers will only be considered under extenuating circumstances.

Transfer Application

All transfers are contingent upon the parent/guardian providing transportation and the student maintaining satisfactory attendance, behavior, and timely remittance of lunch bills and school debts.

The West Virginia Department of Education mandates a maximum number of students per class (grades K-6). Therefore, if the student's class size exceeds the maximum limit, the transfer will be rescinded. The decision to rescind a transfer may be made up to and including the first day of the school year.
