Mission
To collaborate with other departments, campuses, parents, students, and community organizations to meet the individual needs of all students and to promote a child-centered approach by combining empathy and support with personal accountability.  

This includes operating and evaluating the school district's special education program and monitoring all personnel to provide the most effective utilization of staff to achieve the goals of the district.
