CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Jefferson County Schools (JCS) is proud to send 16 Jefferson and Washington High School students to the West Virginia Music Educators (WVMEA) 2024 All-State Chorus. Each school may recommend up to eight students for the event's audition process. Both schools enjoyed a 100% success rate, with all eight designees from each school receiving an invitation to join the ensemble.
The 2024 All-State Chorus takes place February 29 through March 5 as part of the WVMEA Annual Conference in Charleston. Attendees will join other vocal students from across the state in performing a musical piece commissioned exclusively for the event.
